It's Christmas time again!!!
Laogong and I always make it a point to celebrate X'mas..

But before our own celebration,
We've got to get some prezzies for each others' mum first!!
Our MILs!!

After the MILs...
It's our turn to enjoy the day!!
Lets see what Laogong has planned for me...

A night's stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel!!!
With a luxurious bath tub!!

Just before the x'mas countdown,
Laogong and I rushed out to buy more drinks, cigs, and....
Anyway, we arrived at our room just before the people in the lobby count down to x'mas..

When I heard that, I turned to Feng and said, almost teary eyed,
"Laogong, it's x'mas already!!",
and we exchanged our 1st x'mas kiss..
(I'm always emotional during x'mas & new year count downs)
We went inside the room to start our own celebration!!

There's Amarula and ice cream!
Laogong and I feel that Amarula is damn fantastic!!
It's so hot down the throat, yet, so delicious..
when drizzled on the ice cream!

When Laogong is bathing, I quietly look out
at the night sky..
the whole earth is celebrating x'mas.. the thought of it
makes me happy..
But joining Laogong in the bath makes mi happier!!

Really enjoy soaking with Laogong inside..
The warm water, the snowy bubbles, the romantic love songs...
and most importantly, my love is with me..

Not due to its price, but coz it's the first watch from Feng to me..

Actually Laogong's mum need not give mi anything..
The best thing that she has given mi is my Laogong...
and all the good food that she always cook when I'm home with Feng..
After receiving the gifts.. it's our private time together!!!

And thus, we only slept for 3 hours..
From 730 to 1030?

Breakfast sent up to our room!!
We ordered American breakfast..

Someone from the hotel came up to lay out the table for us..
I freaking feel like a QUEEN!!!

There's croissant, danishes, and custard pastry..
serve warm and crispy and flavourful and buttery..

The most expensive breakfast I've eaten..
It costs S$80 over..

The bacon, chicken sausages, scrambled egg, poached tomatoes,
toast, asparagus, hashbrowns, pastries, hot flasks of coffee and tea,
fresh orange juice and fruits..

There are different cutleries to choose from too!!

The apricot/blackberry/blackcurrent/strawberry jams..

After breakfast, we immediately jumped back in bed!
What a damn shiok X'mas morning!!
Hunnie, Im the most fortunate ger in the world coz I've got you!!!

But then again,
who needs the pool when there's a bath tub in our room???

And to me, the stay is like a honeymoon to me already!
Really enjoyed this X'mas alot!!
Feng and I used to go dancing in pubs for the past few X'mas..
But now, we feel that a private party between the 2 of us is much more enjoyable!
Lastly, I wana tell Laogong that I really enjoy myself sooo much!!!
The bubble bath, the food, drinks, the music, the view, the comfort,
the love, the closeness...and so much of other things that I'm
sure you've felt...
I just feel so loved......

I felt like a potential saint just now, when Feng said something like, "It's hard to find sales people like you nowadays."

I was telling him how I feel happy and satisfied for my customers, when I know I'm helping them. I sincerely felt more happy for them, compared to the commission that I earn out of it.

When a customer walked in with very very stained teeth, and, after I did the teeth whitening procedure for them, they walked out with significantly whiter teeth.. They'll be like, "I never thought I'll see my teeth this white!" I really feel a sense of achievement.

2 days ago, I did a chemical peel for a bride-to-be, to get rid of her pigmentation, and I really did feel happy to be helping her look prettier for her wedding on x'mas eve..

During times when I give customers free trials of microdermabrasion on their hands, I feel very glad just hearing them tell mi how smooth and fair their skin felt..even though they did not purchase it at the end of the day..

Be it mesotheraphy or watever slimming services a customer needs, I really do hope that she achieves the figure she wants after doing those treatments for her...not only the commission earned..

I feel happy to be able to feel this way, as, ultimately, this is the sole motivation that'll push anyone to look forward to going to work every morning.. That is, to be able to see your role in the things that you do.. Be it serving the customers directly, or providing admin support or watsoever...

I also enjoyed conversations with some customers, like a HBO channel editor, a cancer-researcher in NUH, a Puerto Rico lady, and so many others...

Every individual will have to work one day in life. There'll always be ups and downs in every jobs, be it too short or long working hours, bad bossess/ colleages/ working environment, minute pay cheques, boring jobs, tedious jobs..etc

Just take it easy, know your role, learn social and technical skills, and most importantly, don't be too immersed in your job till it affects your life and mood perpetually.

Once you are on your way to master the above, just concentrate on your well-deserved pay cheque at the end of the month, as well as your "fattened" resume!
