Havent been blogging forever!!

Now its finally time to take a break..

Havent even uploaded our shanghai pics..

After just 1 last call to a client, Feng and I will depart to Bangkok.

This will be a longer trip than our last trip there last year.

It's my well deserved break..

My parents was asking us to go to HK or Taiwan instead..

But we still prefer BKK. Maybe it stretches our dollar more..

Everythings so last min.. Just convert the currency, tentatively packed my luggage, thats all!

Feng, I love you.

I remembered blogging about how I should take a breather from work a few months ago..

But it seemed that I've failed to do so..

Right now, Im still busy working everyday, going for meetings and trainings and functions...

Ive not taken a break for quite awhile already!!!

And if I ever take a day off, it is to spring clean, to do housework etc..

Feng and I are leaving for Shanghai on Sunday, but we still havent started packing..

We merely bought some winter wear, and thermal clothings..

but ive packed in some gloves & scarves alreadi.. =)

Right now, I feel sooo lethargic and tired...

Plus, Ive hurt my tailbone as well!!!

I feel like sleeping perpetually... and even needs to drive for a distance equivalent to a short 10 mins walk...

So I didnt start 2009 feeling refreshed.. more like starting the year feeling tired and lethargic...

My yearly routine of squeezing with people in Chinatown during CNY has also been cancelled this year due to my lack of sleep...

Life hasnt been that fair to me.. I need more time to myself!! To slack in bed a while longer every morning.. to bring a good book to sleep... to bake a few muffins or so... to spend more time with Feng...

I don't even have the time to express how grateful I am to him yesterday night!!

I went home to realise that he has done the sweeping and mopping of the floor for me..

And helped me with the laundry already..

He wanted to give me a surprise so that I culd have the time to go to chinatown for my yearly routine of shopping for new year goodies...

To think that I would rather sleep at home than go shopping...

But Its a good thing I managed to spend some quality time with him at home..

I feel sooooooo loved!!!!!

Not forgetting my friends too!!!!

I was on 2 days MC last week, and both mornings, I got woken up by a few friends, just calling wanting to chit chat with me..... I would gladly obliged, as long as its not any of my bosses that called... But my dear friends would rather I go back to sleep.... all hanging up hastily knowing that Im on MC... with comforting words like,'go go go back to sleep!!'

Something I havent heard for ages....

Maybe amidst these tiring months, I should remind myself of the love and care that has always been there in my life...

I realised I havent been blogging...

My blog has somehow turned into a manicure diary,

where i just upload pics of my latest monthly manicure..

Work has been soooo busy.....

and kind of affecting me too much....

I felt myself getting tired seeing the attitude of some mini-bonds investors,
(some shout, some argued, some threatened, some cried,some unreasonable,some defensive)

the bad sentiments of customers in the finance industry,
(My manager tells us the top selling book in Italy is one called 'Go to hell,banks!')

how the media portrays bankers and relationship managers in such bad lights....
(Headlines like 'Don't give your money to banks!' isn't objective in my opinion.)

Well i think i really shouldnt be too concerned about all these..

Work should not be the center of my life. My life should be the center of my life.

I should be focusing on my family, friends, things i loved doing...

Some people are workoholics. I always know Im not. But now I am. But I know I can't.

I really should take a step back and be my cheerful and carefree self again.

I dun wana fall into the sticky trap of living to work.

So i will be planning my holidays, my trips, other more important things.....etc....etc....

Everything except work. i've been commiting too much.

I've got to learn to let go.

For August,

i had this pretty, hand painted japanese inspired manicure.. It attracted peoples' attention!

They asked if its my real nail,

isit acrylic nail, or gel based nails...

Whateva it is,

I love them to bits!!

Feng and I head down for a night movie after my manicure..

As I drove,

I realised I'd rather risk scratching my car against the car park walls,

or banging against things,

that ruin my 1/2 dry nails..

To think that i attempted to 'scare' some pedestrains

who were jay walking when they see me driving towards them..

better not elaborate too much here,

before Rara and Cheah scold me for driving too dangerously or something like that..

where was I.....?

Feng's getting a break from lecture,

and me, a break from work..

We went to Firefly for its Cantonese songs!Its band is from HongKong..

But the crowds too 'mature' for my liking..

I suggest we head down to dragonfly instead..

Though some f**king b***h hug Feng so tightly!

Anyway,

clubbing's about

drinking and dancing thru the night.....

But not too drunk or Feng'll get angry with me....

But that's my LaoGong's job to haul me home!!!!

F1 's in Singapore..

Though we are not particularly happy about the event being held here,

we're still interesed in the race!!Feng says i'm a tefosea..

I think he's an even bigger fan than me!

Through the weekend,

I'll be sporting a Ferrari Cap, Ferrari bag,
and Feng's sporting a pair of ferrari shoes!

I'll even fly the Ferrari flag if I can!!
I love the Ferrari Team!!!!

Feng and I hope to see Massa on the podium!!

First of course,

since Kimi's already out of the league..

SO happy about FIA stewards decision

to deny Hamilton and McLaren's appeal!!!

We hope that after Singapore Grand Prix,

Massa will take a big step towards the drivers' title,

and Ferrari, the constructors' title!!!

It's our Ferrari Weekend!!!
