We had Pepper lunch for dinner last week.. Always wanted to try this out.. It's the most popular fast food chain in japan, or so they claimed...Laogong is grinning..Probably from his newest purchase-- Nismo GTR32.. The newest to add to his vast collection of die cast model cars..
And thus, I'm happy too!

Here comes Feng's order! Double chicken steak set on a sizzling hotplate. It can keep food at 80 degree celcius for a whooping 20 minutes!

My order--Salmon pepper rice! As you can see, the salmons are still quite raw.. It's time to cook now!!

First, pour in the house sauce of pepper lunch!
It comes in 2 special flavours... both unique in its own way..

Then, MIX!! MIX!! MIX!! There is butter hidden in the rice too. So, make sure every grain of rice is coated with butter, honey brown sauce and garlic soya sauce!
Dun forget to keep turning the meat, in case they get burnt!!
As for the chicken steak, just let it sizzle with the sauce! Alternatively, put the meat above the veg to avoid over cooking!
There it is! Done! It looks abit like fried rice, doesn't it? It tastes just right! Guess I have a natural flair in pouring sauces!!
After the hot hot meal, Im soo full I have no room for their desserts--
"Kuromitsu soft ice cream"

So full I just dun wana stand up!
Finally, Feng, mi and the nismo GTR32 is ready to go home! To become couch potatos, what else?

This is a relatively fresh experience for us.. Its fun to be able to mix the sauces and stir the meat into the rice! The menu comes with shake shake salad too--Sesame chicken and spicy tuna flavours.. Although Pepper meal is considered a fast food restaurant, the bill comes up to $25 for two.. But, considering the great service and unique way of preparing your own food, it's worth it!
