A simple blog that pens down my thoughts and happenings, without fanciful photos or sophisticated wordings.

After dinner last week at causeway point, Feng gave me 2 options to choose from.
  1. Go to Bukit Timah (near beauty world) for the famous claypot frog-leg porridge. (supper)
  2. Go to some place for desserts and drinks.

I chose the latter. He suggested Holland V, saying he has a place there in mind. I enquire n enquire, guess n guess.. Wala's? nope. Hog's Breath? nope. Eski bar? nope.

Upon reaching holland V, he took mi to this cosy little cafe by the road. (which I shall keep it as a secret for now) It does look abit expensive to me..Fortunately or unfortunately, all seats are taken! Phew!

We then proceeded to Essential Brew. A cafe that's sooo into tea. From their wide selection of tea-infused drinks, to tea-flavoured main courses, to desserts with a hint of tea.. (sounds great to a tea lover like myself!)

They promises an eclectic dining experience with their tea cuisine

Let me see what they have here...
If you haven't been there, a glimpse of the environment..
With cosy cushions and lightings...
The coffee king has to make do with tea for the time being!
For the sake of this tea lover..
presenting....Hawaiian Freeze!
(Finely ice blended to a slush, this is a concoction of pineapple, lemon with red tea)

Alrite, this is not tea infused, i know.. It's to satisfy my chocolate cravings... Warm brownies with a scoop of chocolate estacy ice cream

Citrusy beverage goes well with sickeningly-sweet dessert!

Dun look so unhappy! We'll go to a coffee joint next time k?

I look greedy... Can't help it..

Rated first in my list of comfort-food..

Feeling satisfied after the tea n chocz supper
Time to go!

Yes.... you see that right!

It's maroon..

Rating Time now!

SERVICE: Very efficient with friendly crews. Speedy service too!

AMBIENCE: Cosy and laid back. Go up to the 2nd storey, and be prepared to take off your shoes and sit on big poofy cushions on the floor. Perfect way to wind down and relax!

Worth the try (my recommendation):

  • Lemongrass prawns
  • Breaded Mussels
  • Oolong Chicken
  • Seafood Galore
  • Vanilla Obsessions (shakes)
  • Scarlet Frost (shakes)
  • Rainbow Indulgence
  • Euphoria series ice cream cake
  • Green Tea creme brulee

Dieting always starts tmr for mi!!

I stive to be a responsible blogger to recommend great food and point out bad food/service to all of you out there!
